Wide lots hide layered renovations

Floreat’s wide, landscaped blocks can make equipment routes more sensitive than a narrow infill lot. A retained tree, deep setback or established garden often limits where trenching and outdoor units can go. Behind an intact or renovated façade, an original circuit layout may sit alongside later extensions, a pool, solar and air conditioning added at different times.
