Electrical & air conditioning for Perth builders.

Two trades. Considered together.
From the plans to the handover.

New builds, renovations and fit-outs need more than a list of fittings. Bring the electrical and air conditioning scope into one conversation, with the drawings, installation stages and work by others considered before the job starts.

The trade scope

What does the
project need?

Discuss one trade or both. Start with the relevant installation scope, then bring the drawings, project stages and responsibilities together.

01 · Cooling & comfort

Air conditioning
for Perth builders.

Split and ducted installation considered alongside the building layout, equipment space, drainage and electrical supply.

  • System selection, outlets, zones and controls
  • Ducts, pipework and condensate routes
  • Equipment placement and maintenance access
  • Installation stages, commissioning and handover

02 · Power & lighting

Electrical work
for Perth builders.

Power, lighting and equipment circuits with the existing or proposed supply, fitting schedule and construction stages in view.

  • Power points, lighting, switching and controls
  • Circuits, switchboards and supply requirements
  • Rough-in, fit-off and work by other trades
  • Relevant testing, labelling and installation records

New builds · Renovations · Fit-outs

Built around
the actual project.

A new home, an extension and an occupied tenancy have different constraints. The starting point is the building and proposed work, not a standard package assumed to fit every site.

New homes

Plan circuits, lighting and air conditioning with the layout, equipment choices and construction stages in view.

Renovations & extensions

Bring changed room uses together with existing wiring, supply, equipment and the practical limits of the building.

Commercial fit-outs

Consider tenancy use, lighting, power and comfort alongside site access and other contractors' work.

Send the project type, scale and location so we can confirm suitability and availability. Specialist design, structural work and external approvals are separately identified where required.

Before the quote is agreed

Clear inclusions.
Clear responsibilities.

A useful quote identifies what we install, what another trade needs to complete and which decisions remain open. That is particularly important where the electrical and air conditioning work meet.

Discuss the scope →
01Drawings & selections
The current revision, specified equipment, fitting quantities and decisions still to be made.
02Supply & installation
Who supplies each item, the work included, and access or equipment-movement requirements.
03Interfaces & exclusions
Building work, finishing, specialist input and any network, metering or civil responsibilities.
04Changes & completion
Who approves variations, the effect on stages, and the testing and handover records required.

The installation stages

From current plans
to completed work.

Agree the sequence with the project team. Site readiness, selected equipment and work by others all influence when each stage can happen.

  1. 01

    Plans & scope

Agree the current drawings, selections, inclusions and work by others. Identify the information still needed before a quote or installation date can be confirmed.

  2. 02

    Rough-in

Coordinate routes, equipment positions and access before the affected walls and ceilings close. Confirm readiness and report changes before they affect the installation.

  3. 03

    Installation & fit-off

Check final selections, equipment availability and site conditions. Coordinate fittings, controls and connections with the surrounding building work.

  4. 04

    Testing & handover

Complete the relevant checks, commissioning and labelling. Explain the installed equipment and provide the records applicable to the agreed scope.

If drawings, equipment or access change, confirm the effect on scope, price and timing before the affected work proceeds.

Before you send the brief

Questions from
the project team.

Practical details for builders and head contractors arranging the work.

Can we discuss both trades in the same quote request?

Yes. Send the electrical and air conditioning requirements together, including current plans, equipment selections and the project stage. We clarify the work we can include and identify interfaces with other contractors. Combining the conversation does not mean every project service is automatically included.

Can you quote from plans before the site is ready?

Plans are a useful starting point. Include their revision, specifications, site suburb and requested timing. We confirm whether that information is sufficient for a quote or whether existing supply, access or installation conditions need assessment. Open selections and assumptions should be identified before a price is agreed.

What if the drawings or equipment selections change?

Send the revised information and identify what has changed before the affected work proceeds. A change can alter routes, circuit requirements, equipment space, price or sequencing. The responsible contact needs to approve any revised scope and timing.

Can you work to our construction programme?

Share the proposed stages, required dates and dependencies as early as possible. Availability, equipment lead times, site readiness and the agreed scope need to be checked before dates are confirmed. A requested date or enquiry is not a reserved installation slot.

Start the project conversation

Tell us what
you are building.

A site suburb, a short description and a contact are enough to start. If you have them, these details help us work through the scope:

  • Project type, scale and current stage
  • Current drawings, revision and specifications
  • Electrical, air conditioning or both trades
  • Equipment selections and items supplied by others
  • Requested stages, site access and approval contact

Have drawings or a specification?

The form accepts photos. Email plans, PDFs and scope documents directly to the team, including the site suburb or project reference.
