Yes. Tell us who is coordinating the job, who can approve it and how access will be arranged. Tenant contact, building rules and any limits on interrupting supply should be raised before work is scheduled.
Yes. We can discuss electrical installation requirements with the builder and appointed project team. Send the plans or scope, current project stage, site location and timing. Any specialist design, authority approvals or work outside our agreed scope will need to be clarified.
Tell us the operating hours, access restrictions and equipment that cannot be interrupted. We discuss scheduling and any necessary shutdowns for the job, subject to availability. After-hours or immediate attendance should not be assumed.
The inspection scope and reason for the assessment need to be agreed first. A repair visit or limited inspection is not automatically a comprehensive assessment of every circuit or system. We can clarify what will be checked and what documentation relates to the work.
