Editorial and corrections policy
Our help pages are written to answer a real customer question, explain urgency, and distinguish safe observations from licensed work. They provide general information and cannot replace inspection or testing at the property.
Sources
Regulatory, licensing and safety claims should link to the relevant Australian or Western Australian government guidance, regulator, standard owner, or equipment manufacturer. Commercial claims must reflect services the business actually provides.
Technical review
Where a page has been checked by a named reviewer, we credit that person and show the date the content is next due for review. Where no individual review is recorded, we do not use a business licence number as a substitute or imply that a named technical review occurred. The business licences and their official verification links are published separately on the About page.
Dates and material changes
“Published” records the original publication date. “Last updated” changes only when the visible answer or supporting information changes materially. Deployment time is not treated as a content update. Pages with time-sensitive safety, regulatory or pricing information are scheduled for review.
Corrections
If you believe a page is inaccurate, incomplete or unsafe, email sales@neighbourhoodea.com.au with the page URL and the issue. We will review the underlying source and update material errors rather than silently changing a date.
Service boundaries
We do not turn every informational question into a sales claim. Where another trade or an appliance specialist is the appropriate provider, the page should say so. Emergency instructions take precedence over conversion prompts.
