What warranty do you provide on repairs and installations?
Products carry the manufacturer's own warranty term, for example 5 years on eligible air-conditioning systems, which we honour provided servicing continues through us. Separately, we stand behind our own workmanship: if a problem is caused by work we completed, we return and fix it at no extra charge. Ask us about the exact terms that apply to your job before booking.
Manufacturer warranty
Equipment we install or service carries the manufacturer’s own warranty term. The length depends on the product; some air-conditioning systems carry 5 years, for example. We’ll match and honour that term as long as ongoing servicing stays with us.
Our workmanship
Separately from the product warranty, we stand behind the work we do. If something goes wrong because of work we completed, we come back and fix it at no extra charge.
