Around your working day.

Electrical and air conditioning for Perth offices and workplaces.

A meeting room that will not cool, power that keeps tripping or a layout that no longer works. Tell us what needs attention and how the space is used. Our licensed Malaga-based team considers the equipment, the people and the work together.

Start with what you need

What would make the workplace work better?

01

Rooms, people & working hours

Start with the people using each room.

An individual office, a busy meeting room and a shared workspace can need different things. Tell us which areas are uncomfortable or difficult to use, how many people use them and when. That helps frame the air conditioning and electrical scope before equipment is selected.

  • Room use, occupancy and normal operating hours
  • Areas with poor cooling, lighting or access to power
  • Existing equipment, controls and proposed changes
02

Faults & repairs

Tell us what the problem is.

You do not need to diagnose the equipment. Weak cooling, a leak, flickering lights or a circuit that trips are useful starting points. Share what you have noticed and whether one room or several areas are affected so we can discuss the appropriate assessment.

  • What is happening, when it started and whether it recurs
  • Equipment details or photos that are safe to take
  • The site contact and person authorising the work
03

Fit-outs & layout changes

A new layout needs more than new furniture.

Partitions, relocated workstations or additional equipment can change airflow, lighting and circuit requirements. Bring the existing and proposed layouts into the conversation. We can look at split or ducted installation and the electrical changes alongside any landlord or building approvals you need to arrange.

  • Current and proposed room or workstation layouts
  • Equipment loads, lighting and power-point positions
  • Landlord requirements and responsibilities across trades
04

Servicing, access & interruptions

Plan the visit around an occupied workplace.

Routine servicing and installation work may need access above ceilings, to outdoor equipment or to the switchboard. Tell us about restricted areas, building access and equipment that cannot be interrupted. We clarify any required shutdown and available timing before the visit is agreed.

  • The systems needing attention and any service history
  • Access restrictions and who coordinates staff or occupants
  • Required interruptions, timing constraints and site approvals

One licensed team

Both trades.
Considered together.

Air conditioning needs electrical supply. A property upgrade can change what both systems need to do. Discuss the complete job with the same team, with inclusions and responsibilities agreed before work starts.

How we work together

Clear scope.
Agreed next steps.

  1. 01

    Describe the workplace

Send the suburb, affected rooms, equipment details and the problem or proposed change. Let us know your usual operating hours.

  2. 02

    Agree the visit and scope

We clarify the assessment, any visit fee, access and likely interruptions. Confirm who can authorise the work and any further costs.

  3. 03

    Complete and explain

Carry out the agreed work and relevant checks, then explain the findings, controls or follow-up options to your nominated contact.

Start the conversation

Tell us what your workplace needs.

A suburb, a brief description and a way to contact you are enough to start. If you have them, these details help:

  • Workplace suburb and the rooms involved
  • The problem or proposed layout change
  • Equipment details and normal operating hours
  • Building access and interruption restrictions
  • The contact who can approve the work

Have plans or a scope document? Email them to the team. The form accepts photos.
