This website is operated by HSM POWER PTY LTD (ABN 70 638 650 709), trading as Neighbourhood Electrical & Air. When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the contact and job information you choose to provide so that we can assess and respond to your enquiry.

Information collected

This may include your name, phone number, email address, suburb, property and access details, requested service, timing, message, attachments, referral page and campaign parameters. Please do not submit payment-card details, passwords, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How it is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare or discuss a quote, arrange service and understand which website content generates enquiries. Submitted details and attachments are handled by the website server and sent to the business contact address.

Website analytics and browser storage

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use and conversion paths. It also uses browser session storage (sessionStorage) to retain the landing page, referral source and campaign parameters for the current browsing session so those details can be associated with an enquiry. While you complete the quote form, its non-file answers are also kept in session storage in that browser tab so an accidental refresh or failed submission does not erase the draft. The draft is cleared after a successful submission or when the tab session ends. Customer-review widgets are delivered through Elfsight and make requests to that third-party provider when they load. You can use browser controls to clear or restrict cookies and site storage, although doing so may remove a saved draft or reduce attribution data.

Retention and security

Enquiry records should be retained only as long as they are reasonably needed for customer service, business records and legal obligations. No internet transmission is completely risk-free, so use the phone for information that should not be sent through a public web form.
