Are these installed air conditioning prices?
No. These are supply-only equipment prices in Australian dollars, including GST. Installation, electrical work, pipework, drainage, delivery, removal and separately specified accessories are not included in the displayed equipment price. Ask for a written scope for the complete job.
How is delivery charged?
Delivery costs extra and is calculated based on the distance from our depot. Contact us with the delivery address for a quote.
What should I compare beyond the price?
Compare the exact model, suitable cooling and heating capacity, controls, sound levels, efficiency ratings and warranty terms. Check which features are built in and which need an accessory. Then compare quotes with the same equipment and installation inclusions.
Can I choose capacity from the room size alone?
Room size is a starting point, not the whole assessment. Ceiling height, glazing, insulation, sun exposure and room use also affect the choice. Send room details and photos, or use our sizing guide before selecting equipment.
Are controllers and Wi-Fi options included?
No. Inclusions depend on the model and equipment package. Some wall splits have built-in Wi-Fi; others require an optional accessory. Ducted controllers, zoning and interfaces need to be checked against the exact quoted package. We confirm these before ordering.
