Are GST, travel, parts and return visits included in the price?
GST is included in every price we quote. Travel is included within our standard Perth service area; jobs further out, roughly beyond 35km from our Malaga base, may attract an additional travel charge, so ask when you enquire. Parts, repairs and any return visits needed after the initial call-out are quoted and charged separately once the work required is confirmed.
GST
Every price we publish or quote is inclusive of GST, so there’s no extra tax added at the end.
Travel
Travel within our standard Perth service area is included in the price. For jobs further from our Malaga base, a travel charge may apply. Tell us your suburb when you enquire and we’ll flag this upfront.
Parts, repairs and return visits
The call-out or on-site quote fee covers our attendance and assessment; it doesn’t include parts or repair labour. Once we’ve diagnosed the issue, we’ll price the repair separately before doing any extra work. If a return visit is needed, for example to source a part, that visit is scoped and priced as part of the job.
